Crisis Response Services
Crisis response and critical incident debriefing is a service that is designed to assist after stressful and traumatic events. National Crisis Services’ team has provided crisis response and critical incident debriefing services after devastating events such as multiple mass shootings, officer-involved shootings for many law enforcement agencies, and on-scene response to violent crimes, and over 20 years of responding to natural disasters. Our consultants have also seen these services assist workplaces when an employee or manager has died from a heart attack or car accident. Those sudden losses of life can be distressing and are it is advisable to provide crisis response and critical incident debriefing for employees, customers, and family members impacted by the traumatic events.
National Crisis Services serves customers with crisis response and critical incident services in two ways; planning and response. First, we can advise and assist with planning for when traumatic and distressing events happen. Our consultants will work with you to prepare for situations like an active shooter, natural disaster, and other disruptive events. This planning helps employees know what to do should an event occur and in turn, employees generally feel safer. As part of the planning process we can be contracted to provide direct services when an event occurs and a response is needed or can assist with connection with another Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) in your area.
If like many companies you didnโt have a crisis plan in place when an event happened we can still assist in your time of crisis. If your company has experienced a traumatic event and you are in need of crisis response or critical incident debriefing services contact us today, we can be contracted to provide on-scene or remote access response services.
National Crisis Services is available to assist before, during, and after a crisis occurs.
